Wishing not to occur such an army attack one more, we condemn army attack in Batman that was operated on 06.03.2006. In this attack, there were three deaths of policemen and a wounded night guard. We emphasize that life right, which is the most basic right for all people, is untouchable under any circumstances and in any place.
As human rights defenders, we underline that we are against any kind of violence without regarding its origins. Moreover, we state that violence cannot be an instrument for solving problems and fighting for rights.
We should look for living in peaceful atmosphere rather than in violence and policies that based on violence.
