3 Citizens lost their life in the explosion, which was in Van Province on 09 March 2006. 19 Citizens were injured and 7 of them badly injured. We condemn this attack without regarding its purpose and persons. Indeed, such kinds of attacks do not have any importance in terms of purpose or persons. These kinds of attacks threaten life rights of citizens. We request to find those, who are responsible for this attack and they should have trial.
