Human Rights Association (IHD) condemns attack, which conducted on 30th May of 2007, against forest crafts in Bingöl that is province in Eastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. There were 5 dead and 3 injured people in the attack. IHD wishes for revealing perpetrators and trial against them without delay.
Events in Turkey, until now, have showed that attacks and acts of violence have brought nothing except for sorrow to the land. In a period of serious political, social tensions; such attacks threaten right to life, which is accepted as the most valuable principle, and democracy, law state.
We call for everyone to be against such inhuman attacks.
IHD commiserates with the relatives of forest crafts on their loss and wishes health for injured people.
